Program – Points add up!
USTASC is pleased to
announce a new rewards program for staff members. Below is a basic rewards plan
for those that go over and above.
You MUST complete
a point form each time you earn points. You are responsible for keeping track
of points earned utilizing the point form.
This program is subject to change
without notice and maybe discontinued at any time. Point values are lost upon
termination of employment and cannot be transferred to another party. Points do
not carry over from year to year. Points are not a cash out benefit and can be
reduced or canceled at any time, including for disciplinary actions. Point cash
out maybe delayed dependent on time of year. Award of points is not
retroactive.
Shift Fillers – We call you and you fill a shift (equates
to 10 points each shift filled from a call in)

5 shifts – 50 points

10 shifts – 100 points
·
20 shifts – 200 points
·
30 shifts – 300 points
·
40 shifts – 400 points
·
50 shifts – 500 points
Positive Actions – All actions must be verifiable
·
Positive uniform counseling report not covered
by below – 5 points
·
Unsolicited Positive comment from client in
writing – 10 points
·
Unsolicited Positive comment from citizen in
writing – 10 points
·
Unsolicited Positive comment on google business
@ ustasc – 10 points
·
Positive supervisory review for performance 4-5 range
– 25 points
·
Unit citation – 200 points
·
2-year tenure – 150 points
·
3-year tenure – 200 points
·
4-year tenure – 250 points
·
5-year tenure – 300 points
·
Each year after 5 years – 350 points
·
Heroism Pin – 500 points
·
Valor Pin – 500 points
·
Life Saving Pin– 1000 points
·
Chief’s Pin– 1000 points
·
Coin Award for excellent service – 200 points
·
Silver Coin Award for outstanding service – 500 points

Gold Coin Award for outstanding dedication &
